We had a very bad experience overall. Mr. Cho puts in long hours and did a fine job with most of the trim painting, especially on our high roofs. However, there were a lot of little issues around communication, detail, and care for our space that made us very disappointed with the overall experience. We shared this feedback in writing directly with Mr. Cho, and he did not try to remedy the situation for us. Reading past reviews, it seems that the most recent reviews are heavily negative, and it makes me wonder what might have changed in how he conducts his business. Communication:  Mr. Cho showed up unannounced every time after our initial quote meeting. We have a dog and kids often in the yard, and it was difficult to plan around his work. He did not ask about leaving his tools in our yard or on the ladders placed around our house. We asked that ladders not be propped up as a safety hazard for our young kids, and yet he still did this. He had told me on the phone that he puts down plastic to catch paint chips when pressure washing, but this did not happen. He arrived unannounced to pressure wash and did not recommend we cover anything. I am really disappointed and worried about the lingering paint chips in the garden beds where we grow our food. He replaced rotted wood on two of our windows but did not match the wood size on our garage windows or paint the sides of the window frames on our garage. We felt he consistently minimized concerns we brought up around safety, detail, and even lead in the paint (our house is from the early 1900s). Detail/care for our space: At least two plants in our landscaping were killed by ladder placement. He showed a lack of attention to detail in many places in our home. We had to point out spots that were missed in the painting, and I later noticed that at least one of our small windows that has a wooden frame was not painted. There is paint on the roof flashing and paint on our garage door, as well as significant overspray on our BBQ grill, stairs, handrails, garden beds, ornaments, kids toys, kids pool, and our brand new kids swing set. There are multiple drip spots in our yard, on our steps, and on our garden materials. There was not a consistent effort to cover before spraying. He was careless and did not take into account our concerns or the safety of our children who play in the yard. He dumped dirty paint water in our grass (without asking) and assured me it was okay for kids to put in their mouths! We also found two open razor blades in our backyard, where our children play and could have easily injured themselves. We had to bring nearly all of these issues to his attention. He did not show any care to notice and correct or remedy these issues on his own. It felt like he was desperate for work and was rushing or just being careless. We would not recommend working with him based on our experience.

Jin is promp but he is not detailed. We had to walk through multiple times to point out issues with the paint job and paid extra so that the back of our house did not look patchy with color. There is a ton of paint spray on the roof and our cement foundation. He over-pressure washed the cedar on the back of the house and did not brush down or sand the wood grain so the back of our house is covered in fuzzy painted wood.

To be honest. It was the worst experience i have ever had with a contractor. Overspray everywhere. Runs drips and sags everywhere he really made a mess out of my house. He drove nails into my brand new 30k roof attaching cleats on the upper story.. I have hired another company to repair and finish. He looked so good on paper. His references checked out. I hires him because he appeared to be professional. He was not the cheapest bid by a long shot. I have pictures and documentation to back all this up

Company was on the job site when they said they were going to be and completed the job very quickly. Also, did an outstanding job.

Very easy to work with. Punctual and great customer service. Use of gear and equipment require lots of space. Protect your plants and provide lots of ground clearance for ladders and overspray, and the potential mess that comes with spraying paint. Especially if there's any wind. This was my first house painting experience. My neighbor assured me some degree of mess is normal. We had a week of historically hot temperatures and he still showed up to do as much as he possibly could. He addressed any touch ups I asked for on the spot. My home looks great, just the way I imagined it. We had some spilled paint, nothing a good mowing couldn't fix. 4.5 only because I discovered these issues after the fact and wasn't informed that mishaps happened. I think trying to beat the heat and his need to finish the project on time contributed to our experience.

Jin was exceptional with our 125-year-old Tacoma home in getting it ready for a sale. The wood hadn't been painted in decades, so it was important to get new coverage on to protect it. It looks fantastic. Also, he was able to move us up in the schedule so we could meet our deadlines for the listing. He was very easy to work with and very brave up there on the ladder while painting.

Jin was very easy to work with; when we submitted the bid for work he immediately contacted us and supplied us with his company's info and licensing, and also provided us with a list of clients in our neighborhood whose houses he had also painted. This was great as we were able to walk around and look at them to see the quality of the work before making a decision. He gave us a very reasonable bid, and had no problem revising it for us when we indicated that we'd like the higher-quality exterior paint. I believe he works solo, which is impressive as he was able to finish our house in 4 days.

Mr. Cho responded quickly to our request for quote and we ultimately hired him. He shows up promptly when he says he will and perseveres despite some inclement weather. He works alone and takes great pride in his work. He stayed focused on our smallish job through to completion without jockeying the work with other jobs.

I was very pleased with the results. Very hard worker. Worked very long hard hours.

We are so happy to have had JCCA do our exterior paint job. Jin did a fantastic job - Really nice guy Im thoroughly impressed with his work ethic. Once the job started, he worked all hours that the weather allowed got the job done quickly. The quality is great, and its completely transformed the curb appeal of our home. We would definitely recommend JCCA.

He was extremely responsive and always on time and did what he said he would do.

Mr Cho is very kind and accommodating. Very sweet man and very hardworker. Was very prompt and efficient. Very reasonable price. From the day I hired him he was done in 3 days. Highly recommend Mr Cho.

Mr. Cho was well priced! He was efficient, prompt and friendly. His work was great. He had no problem walking the perimeter of the house with me to touch up any areas I found to be touched up. I am a very particular person and he certainly met my expectations. Our house looks great! Thank you!

Mr Cho painted my neighbor's home and I asked him to give me a quote tho paint the exterior . I was impressed with his price, references, and his professionalism. I hired him immediately and he got the job done in 4 days. More importantly, it looks great...I highly recommend JinCho. PS-he currently painting another neighbors home..

Jin is polite, professional and kind. He is doing wonders on the outside of my home's wood siding that was in bad need of painting. Am thrilled with his work. He has been consistent in coming to work, and was delayed only by rain for a few days. Would recommend him to anyone. Also, his rate is very fair.

Mr. Cho is extremely hard working and pleasant. The only thing that prevented 5 stars is the amount of overspray and drips left on our back deck and rockery.

I hired JCCA, Inc. to paint the exterior of my older two story home. Mr Jin Cho was so professional and such a hard working and kind man. He finished in four days and the transformation was AMAZING!! I highly recommend them to anyone!!! I will definitely use again in the future for any painting needs. I wish I could give him 10 STARS!!

Mr. Cho did an outstanding job on the exterior of my house. Never in my 79 years have I had a person work as hard and as conscientiously as he did. Even with a slight rain delay he, working alone, finished the job in record time. The paint job will outlast me. I couldn't be happier. If I could rate him higher than a 5, I would.

Mr. Cho is an excellent job painting the exterior of our 2 story home. He worked alone, but was able to complete the job within the expected time even working around rain issues. Mr. Cho cleaned the house using a power sprayed and cleaned the debri left over. Mr. Cho applied extra paint on our weather side of the house to help it last longer. He also applied 2 coats of paint in most areas and used Kilzit as needed. Mr. Cho worked many long hour days to get the job completed as he mentioned before he started. Mr. Cho repaired a few area that needed the siding fixed including the garage and chimney area that had been damaged by flickers. Mr. Cho did a very good job and I would use him again.
