Excellent! They cleaned out the crawl space, installed new insulation and a door, and were quick and clean and friendly.

Capitol Insulation did a great job. They were easy to communicate with, provided me with a clear idea of what the job would entail ahead of time and completed the work on time. The work blowing insulation into the walls from the inside can be really messy, but they put up plastic as they went to keep dust from getting all over our house. The job took 2 days to complete.

Juan came when he said he would to give me a bid (about half the price of the next lowest bidder!). Then he came when he said he would and did the whole job by himself in one day! using eco-friendly insulation -- R-49 in the roof, R-30 in ext walls, R-11 int walls, and I don't know what under the floor. First he sealed all the air-penetrating holes. Then he installed the insulation. And finally he caulked any tiny spaces and holes that weren't already filled. He did very thorough work, was pleasant to deal with, and I would hire him again in a heart-beat. You can count on Juan to do an excellent, cost-efficient, and timely job.

Worked with me on re-bit estimate after first change. Worked with me again when the company I finally hired for the mold remediation did not require replacement of insulation. He replaced the soffit screening, and installed baffles over each soffit. He will return periodically to clean the screening. Juan was a pleasure to work with.
