From start to finish this was a good experience.  Paul and Cassy, were wonderful to work with, they were extremely professional and respectful and incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns.  They are the most punctual service team we have ever had the pleasure to work with, if they said 3:15pm, they were here.  Their follow up is commendable and their commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none.  They are a credit to Budget Blinds and we highly recommend them and the products they represent.
