They were really good.  It went extremely well, they went above and beyond service.  I'd grade them an "A" for overall service.  For price they came out above, they came out probably square with what we'd been quoted maybe $200 or $300 less.  I don't think I'd call anybody else honestly.

Excellent. The project progressed smoothly over the course of a full day. Even so, our home was never without a water supply for more than short periods of time due to the well-thought out coordination of installation activities. Also, Matt worked with us to reduce the overall cost by allowing me to do some of the exterior digging and backfill associated with the new main shutoff valve. Admittedly, the cost was high but, in all fairness, we had a lot of work done. We felt the end cost was fair and pretty much as expected.

I discovered at about 3:00 p.m. Monday that our water heater was leaking, so I called Sullivan Plumbing because they were the ones who installed the water heater for the previous owner about 12 years ago. They asked for the serial number and model number so they could get a replacement. Despite a heavy snow on Sunday, they were here with a replacement water heater an hour after I had called. Interestingly, one of the two plumbers was the one who had installed the water heater 12 years earlier. Unfortunately, through no fault of Sullivan Plumbing the replacement would not fit into the same space because the manufacturer had added more insulation which made the water heater 2 inches wider. So I had to go with a slightly smaller capacity water heater, which they agreed to bring the next day. They showed up on time Tuesday and within an hour had the new water heater installed. Throughout the replacement process both plumbers were professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Sullivan came out and looked at what we wanted to do and gave us an estimate. They showed us picture of what they suggested and told us to raise our toilets because of our age. They told us exactly what was going to happen and how much it was going to be.

Tom arrive at the appointed time with a helper, all work was performed fast and efficiently. Sullivan cleaned up the work areas and hauled the old toilets away at the completion of the job.
