They just do top quality work. I pay a little bit more for it, but I know what I am getting, I am getting good quality work. They are the only plumbing company that I use. They were able to come out within 15 or 20 minutes to assess the situation for the last job I used them. They were able to help clean up, but they could not fix the situation because they are not appliance people, but they were able to help clean things up, get things taken care of and get me in the right direction. They are the only company I will ever use and I highly recommend them to others.

"I am sorry for the problems you had with our company in 2003. I looked back in our records and show no call backs on any work. We do stand behind our service and parts. Unfortunately with this project being ten years ago I cannot fix it. Please give us another shot and we will make it right!"

They gave us a bid to fix a leak...Said 250...came to fix it,and did...but then said there was another leak next to it..and charged for a second trip even tho they were here...charged like they made 2 trips..But, they were already here..BAD NEWS

"Member, I understand your frustrations. We should have not charged for the second trip fee. Not putting eyes on the project I cannot tell you if our pricing was abnormal. I wish you would have called the shop if you felt like we were overcharging. The impression we like to leave with customers is not this. I am sorry."

When the plumber called to say he was running late, my husband lined up everything and set the faucet to save the plumber time. It took the plumber less than 45 minutes to complete the job. The bill was $994.57! He noted on the bill, "No leaks at the time of service." When we ran the dishwasher it leaked well over 2 gallons during the washing.
