Very well. Kathy and Jose arrived on time and did a very thorough job of cleaning the house from top to bottom. Very pleased with her work.

They were amazing! They cleaned everything exactly as they said they would - everything from baseboards to light plates to the bathroom (and everything else!) was wonderfully cleaned. The value for the price they charged was excellent as well, they worked so hard for so long! Thanks to their cleaning, our house feels like a home rather than an old rental. We recommend them very highly, and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The place has never looked better. We will definitely be hiring her again.

Great! The deep clean left our house just as the name of Kathy's business suggests: cleaner than ever. We got multiple estimates when looking for a cleaner, and Kathy's prices are right in line with other local, reliable services (i.e., I didn't bother looking at the big chain operations that treat their workers poorly). Kathy is now cleaning our house regularly, and does great work every time. She is also flexible with scheduling, and very communicative regarding timing and any changes to our space that might affect the cleaning process. I appreciate Kathy's high quality and reliable work at reasonable rates, and I'm glad to have her as my go-to cleaner from here on out.

Kathy and her partner are amazing. The house has never looked better, not even when we first moved in. She also has a good eye for arranging things to make the house look nice - she asks for permission first, but she does it well. They take a lot of time to do a superlative job. Everything is very clean and nicely put together. I highly recommend the service. The price is very reasonable, too.

Kathy and her brother Joe cleaned from light fixtures down to flooring. At first I was nervous not sure how they would clean certain surfaces. They worked for almost 12 hours and gave my home a detailed cleaning just like I would have done. My home hasn't been this clean since it was new, over 20 years ago. It feels wonderful and lifts my spirits to have my home looking this pristine.

Rosales Cleaner Than Ever has been cleaning our home for the past 6 years. Kathy Rosales is unbelievable and we recommend her without reservation and give glowing reports to anyone who asks. She leaves no stone unturned. Absolutely everything in the home is spotless; rugs and furniture have been moved and replaced, fixtures and walls have been wiped, and there is not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere. We had our house cleaned by others prior to Kathy and only then realized that our house had never been fully clean. The thoroughness and attention to detail is remarkable. Kathy has had a key to our home nearly all this time and there has never been a problem. We trust her completely. Nothing has ever gone missing. She cleans the home herself, or with a friend/family member when necessary, so we feel personal confidence in who is in our home. In all that time, there was only one period when Kathy had a baby, and was unable to clean our home and we had to find a substitute. The difference in the quality of cleaning was astonishing. We could not wait for her to be back with us, and when she did return, we voluntarily increased her pay in appreciation and gratitude for her work and in hopes that she will continue to hold a place for us in her schedule. Kathy does a great job cleaning our home! We are a family of 5 living in a 2500+ foot house and my  3 preschool/school aged children really can do a number on bedrooms, bathrooms, playroom, etc. After trying 3 other housekeepers I finally found one that meets all of our needs. She is very thorough, professional, reliable and flexible. She moves kids furniture to clean behind and under dressers, toys, etc. She goes above and beyond to puts stuff away that I may have missed (or that our kids brought back out before she got there). Because she is so thorough, the house stays clean for longer than when others have come.

She is extremely easy to work with. She is open to using specific cleaning supplies that we request/provide to care for hardwood floors, butcher block counter, etc. She is very communicative and always checks in to make sure I know when she is coming and always works around requests to switch days or times. She has never missed a scheduled cleaning and has never sent someone else in her place.  She is kind and a pleasure to have around. I highly recommend Kathy and her team.
