PBS REMODEL AND REPAIR

I hired Paul to do my place at *****bay leisure Park, a park model. Before hiring him I told him I was kicked out of park for a violation. I was not permitted to enter. I told him I needed flooring done,some painting and baseboards. He knew communications were only texts or phone. Well you know you think of something else to be done. So many times I the FIVE weeks I tried to text or phone. He didn't reply. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. Well one day I was se fed up as it was taking so long as I wanted to sell. Well I said I guess you ain't got the balls to answer. Oh I got text right away threatening me, causing bodily harm. He went bullistic. He stopped work,he left a total mess and did not complete the job. Broken pictures,a MESS. I paid the total amount and would not give any money back. I had to hire another contractor to clean his mess and complete job. Having said that his work was VERY GOOD. I guess it was hard on us both time wise and both having issues in our lives

I had a call that the stairs were done. When I had a chance to check the work it was not finished. I call them about it they told me they short material . So I got more material. Checked again and stairs are not finished. This is 5/9/25

Appreciated all the quick responses and really love the ease that Angis provides in finding professionals! PBS was the first call I received and they were quick to schedule a time to come to my home since I had urgent work - to get an undermount sink reinstalled after it literally fell down off my countertop and into my sink cabinet! PBS had great communication prior to the work and they were very professional and managed time wisely for the repair work!!

Everything was done efficiently and in the time that was quoted. The clean up was completed and done very well. I highly recommend Paul for any remodeling jobs.
