DEJONG HEATING & REFRIGERATION

When we wanted to get the furnace in the house we recently purchased inspected and serviced before the cold weather set in, we called DeJong at the recommendation of a coworker. They scheduled an appointment weeks before other (larger) companies were available. The technician arrived on time and got right to work. He explained a bit about what he would be doing while servicing the furnace and answered all my questions without leaving me confused, but otherwise focused on his work. The whole process took less than an hour. He found that not all of the burners were lighting consistently when he first started, though explained to me how it was working better now that he had vacuumed all the soot out of the furnace. He had replaced the thin, improperly sized filter with the correct size as requested. The invoice took about a month to arrive, though the cost seemed reasonable and comparable to other estimates I'd gotten. Even though these guys aren't the biggest, I'd recommend them.
