Great. They serviced the saw and installed a new chain. Works great.
In addition to my chain saw I have used them to service my lawn mower, weed cutter and back-pack blower. The work is always done well, on time and for a fair price. I recommend them and would not go to anyone else.

Ethanol in gas is simply bad for small engines.

I have a Gravley mower that had been in their shop for winter servicing in January. Saturday, March 9, was the first time I had it out for mowing since then. After about fifteen minutes of mowing, the mower died. After some experimentation, I found I could start the mower with the brake on, but as soon as the brake was released, it died. I called them, and they said it sounded like the seat safety switch, and they arranged to pick up the mower on Tuesday. I inspected the safety switch and found it mangled underneath the seat. It had apparently fallen onto the deck's drive belt and gotten mangled. I twisted the wires together, taped them up, and finished my mowing (knowing that I had by-passed the seat's cutoff safetly feature). When I was cleaning my mower after mowing, I found a four inch connector wire with flat ends stuck under one of the covers on the deck. I presumed that this had been used by the shop to run the engine without someone sitting in the seat. I reported this to the shop, and sent the connector and the switch with the mower when it was picked up. On Friday the mower was returned, repaired at no charge.

Dropped off, they fixed it, picked it up. Pretty fast I think it was just a few days.

In wintertime during the off-season, they would come out and pick up our mower. They were prompt in coming out and picking it up. They would sharpen the blades, change the oil, and fix it. They had the mower for about 10 days. It looks okay now, but I have not yet used it this year. They don't have the cheapest mowers around, but one of the reasons that I did go with them was the fact that they had this service program. Anytime someone comes to our house we have to pay them $100. My experience with them has been positive. There is nothing to complain about.
