The first step was the deck because it would need the best drying time considering our NW weather. This included getting those pesky maple seeds out of the between spaces and nailing down the dislodged nails.
The outside was pressure washed with his own solution. He also pressure washed my driveway and two patios.
All the nicks and years of issues were filled and covered ready to paint.
All the windows and light fixtures were taped. This was very important as I had just installed new windows.
The final painting and trim painting were excellent. Upon their recommendation I changed some of the trim boards so the house does not look "broken up". Now the house has clean lines and the trim makes it look sharp.
