 + -1 moreI have called them and emailed them multiple times. I got in touch with them via email and they set up an appointment for them to come out. I took down the date and time, when the day of the appointment came they never showed up. I tried to call and email them again and they would not respond to me. They have been completely non-responsive to any attempts I have made.

 + -1 moreI love Jaime and his team. He is responsive, communicates well in the event of a needed schedule change, and is completely trustworthy. He has a key to our house and comes during the day when we're at work, and it is so nice to come home to a clean house after a long hard day of work. He and his team work very hard and go the distance to make sure that we are 100% happy. You just don't find service this reasonably priced anymore. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, thorough, professional and trustworthy cleaning service.
Description of Work: Thorough house cleaning every 2 weeks at $80. per visit. Initial charge of $135. for a deep-cleaning, then maintenance costs $80. They clean sinks, toilets, bathtub/showers in bathroom; thoroughly clean sink (even wash dishes if there are any left in the sink!) and wipe-down all appliances and counters in the kitchen; dusting of all furniture; vacuuming carpets/rugs and cleaning wood floors. Cleaning/shaking of rugs, vacuum the couch, arrange and organize items left out if instructed. We have some rooms that we ask they leave alone because they serve as storage or are not used frequently. Special projects (cleaning window blinds) if requested. Our house is 1800 sq. ft with a daylight basement.
