John showed up exactly when he said he would (only had to wait 2 days before he could come) and diagnosed the problem. He had to order the part and it took longer to arrive than expected but he came back out as soon as he could after it arrived. Very, very satisfied and so glad to have found this company!

Hired for the 2nd time! Called and told him our gas cooktop had a burner that wasn't lighting. He called me back before coming out and told me he looked up our model and said parts are no longer available and didn't want me to have to pay for him to come out if he couldn't even order parts. I asked him to come out anyway to see if there was something going on with it that he may be able to fix without new parts. He agreed to come out and ended up figuring out the problem and it works ok. I appreciate his honesty and knowledge and will definitely call again when needed.

John showed up on time was professional and friendly. Looked at the machine told me its problem, which I had suspected, and fixed it in a very short period of time. John also gave me products for cleaning both the washing machine and dishwasher. Would definitely hire him again. Great Job!!!
