If one could rate the absolute ineptitude of the staff BELOW zero, I would do so! From applying at an apartment online that didn't even exist to over two months to get a refund offered via phone by the complex, it has been beyond a hassle. They have bungled the simplest things. Beyond ignoring mailing address, name to clearly given information showing amounts cleared bank account, they have pointed fingers amongst themselves to provided non-answers and shifted to blaming the applicant. AVOID these idiots at ALL COSTS!!! I filed complaints with two states AG from Washington to HQ in California and sent notice to the legal department. I'm STILL waiting on a corrected check with more excuses as of this writing.
