When we got our French Bulldog puppy I was so worried about leaving him during the day while we were at work. After looking at reviews for Dog Walkers in my area I chose The Sitters! Nothing but glowing reports and long time clients. Roux loves his Aunties! They are so dependable and have been extremely flexible when we have a change in schedule. I would without a doubt recommend The Sitters.

We’ve been using these wonderful ladies for years. Our (fur) babies have grown from puppies into seniors, and our oldest boy passed away. I would never even consider anyone else. They always show up, they obviously love our boys and have helped us out on short notice many times. They truly are the best!

Love The Sitters. My cats don't even care that I am gone. I was on an extensive vacation over the summer and returned to find my two boys happy and contented. Well cared for, played with and loved up. I almost think they missed their caretakers who were no longer coming to visit after I got back more than they missed me when I was gone! I also use them frequently when I take short trips on weekends and over the holidays. They check my mail, bring in the paper and water plants too. This is an A+++++++ company. Very reliable and well run.

The sitter came as requested, played with the cats, scooped boxes and fed them. The house was always tidy and the cats seemed very happy. The notes left describing the interaction with the cats were adorable.

Jill and her Auntie crew really love dogs and it shows. My little corgi lights up whenever I mention the "Aunties" are coming to see him and he's a very particular little guy. They are punctual and responsive and always up for covering an extra visit here or there if needed. This is a very professional outfit that has been at it for a long time and had come very highly recommended. They didn't disappoint!

They are thorough, trustworthy, gentle and professional. I can’t imagine entrusting anyone else with our furry family members when they can’t join us on adventures!

Shana provided excellent care and company for Julio as he adapted to post-surgery life. She left us detailed notes and worked with the surgery schedule. The flexibility she offered us was an added help as we had to re-schedule here and there, and Julio always had great company to brighten his day. We love The Sitter team and highly recommend them.

Wonderful! Jill and her employees are exactly the kind of people you want checking in on your pet. Very conscientious, professional and caring. We have used this service several times and will definitely continue to reserve her for future trips. They give day to day feedback about how things are going and we even get photos and texts "from" the cat!

We have been customers of The Sitters for more than 10 years and they are fabulous. Those of us who are over the top pet owners know how difficult it is to plan a vacation and feel comfortable about leaving our precious pets with someone else. Excellent! I can't recommend The Sitters highly enough. They are extremely prompt, reliable, and conscientious. They leave detailed notes each day to let you know how it went, and often send photos of your pet so you know it's going well while you're away. I feel like they truly care about and enjoy taking care of my furry boy.

Molly always lets us know what a great time she had with The Sitters. She looks forward to the long walks and playtime with them. We are not sure but I think she now enjoys when we go on trips.

We have gone on vacations three times before ( one month, two weeks, and three weeks, respectively) and left live in sitters (sons and daughters of friends) to care for our animals. Each time we returned to freaked out kitties and barely manageable birds. This time was totally different. Not only were ALL our critters in good shape, they were as near to normal as animals can be hen left by their owners for a period of time. The Sitters crew did a marvelous job of caring for all of our animals, as well as keeping the expected mayhem to an absolute minimum. The Sitters were absolutely the best service of any kind that I've used and we will not hesitate to call them for our next trip. They are worth every cent and are totally professional about the care given to pets. (They do a lot for owners as well, LOL)

I've been using The Pet Siitters for several years and feel confident that my pets needs are taken care of while I'm away. Jill ensures emergency contact information is updated periodically. Daily notes are left stating how the pets were during the daily visit.
I travel weekly for work and Jill ensures my pet visit dates are secured with email confirmations. Jill takes the worry out of being away from my pets.

Jill is the best! She loves our bichons and they love her. She leaves very thorough notes every time she stops by - sometimes 3 times a day. And her writing is so cute. She and her associates really, really care, I can't say enough about her. We've used her for a number of years and highly recommend her!

Jill and her team are the best! My dog is always happy and content when I come home - even from a three week trip! My rescue pup has become a happy and confident family member - very much due to her daily interactions with Jill. I'm so fortunate to have someone I trust completely to care for my house and pet while I am away. During the week I'm often gone too and Jill and her team are there for me as needed.

I was in a bind and initially made a last minute request for cat sitting, I was so grateful that she arranged a meet and greet with herself and one of her sitters Teresa within the week so they could provide services for me. I was so impressed from our initial meeting by the thoughtfulness of the questions she asked me. She was very thorough and detailed right down to what might happen in the event of a natural disaster. Made me realize what I was missing in previous cat sitters. They spent time with the cats and wanted to know all about their habits so they could bond with and provide for them.
Part of the service also includes things like picking up the mail, watering plants, etc if needed along with feeding/watering/litterbox cleaning. The most important part of the visit for my cats is the snuggle and play time!
That was well over a year ago and I am out of town for long weekends on an almost monthly basis. I have also taken several long vacations (the longest being this last May for over 2 weeks to Europe) and upon my return my animals are always happy to see me but clearly well looked after.
I'm long overdue in singing your praises since I initially found you on Angie's List Jill Edson. Thanks for all you do and for having patience with us neurotic pet parents. Bogey is looking forward to your next visit this month!

I couldn't imagine anyone providing care for our beloved little dog than do The Sitters. When we are at work, otherwise gone for the day, or even out for the evening or overnight, we are always grateful that we have The Sitters in our corner. They are even available when things come up at the last minute. We love our doggie very much and we deeply appreciate the kindness and consideration shown to her by The Sitters. I would recommend their services HIGHLY to others. They deserve, and have gotten from us, straight "A's" on our report card. Thanks again for many jobs well done.

The Sitters fit us into their holiday schedule with very little notice from us. They were very thorough in understanding the needs (and wants) of our cats, making sure all bases were covered, asking many questions, and took meticulous notes. They followed up after we returned to verify that everything was done as expected. They were professional, caring, and conscientious.
