All went well they did as planned, communicated well, very pleased. Tudor style house on a hill with many challenges they tackled knew exactly what to do, no mess.

We met with him and we clearly detailed in writing,what we wanted for each of the rooms. This included drawings as well. We then got an estimate from him and 2 other contractors. His estimate was in the middle. He was also able to start within 2 weeks. For that reason, we decided to go with him. Even though he told us he could start within 2 weeks, he did not actually start for a month. The project was delayed and a lot of things that should have been included in the estimate that he gave us, such as heating vents, etc., he came back later and said they were not included. We had the attic remodeled and we had discussed a staircase leading to the attic. After the project was started,however, he stated the staircase was not included and he then advised us it would cost an additional $13,000 to have the staircase installed. There is no point in having an attic remodeled for extra living space if you do not have access to it so we really did not have any choice. The project ended up costing 50 - 75% more than the original estimate despite the fact that we had very minimal changes made after the estimate was provided.
