We had Chhay from Stone Restoration Services some holes and marks in our Terrazzo floor after moving the Kitchen island. He was amazing. You would never be able to tell there was ever a hole. He even managed to restore the floors to white from the discolored cream they had become since 1960. He was also 50% cheaper than Marblelife. I'm a huge fan of this guy. He went above and beyond repairing a bunch of holes and marks that weren't in the original scope. He also took great care of our cabinets and walls. They did a beautiful job! You couldn't even tell there had ever been a crack. They were on time, professional, respectful, and courteous. I will be calling them again if I ever need a repair and will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs a repair.

The service went excellent.  He was here for an hour and a half.  He was very prompt.  He was very friendly.  After he was done we had a nice chat.  The cost of the marble top is very reasonable.  He does a really good job.

Stone Restoration Services came out and found that a good scrub brought them back to their original finish. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They saved me a lot of trouble in not having to sand them down, and they only charged me $20.

To our surprise, Chhay (the owner of Stone Restoration Services) was the first contractor we ever let work in our home that didn't damage anything, and once the floors where sanded down and brought back up to a polish they blew us away with their new depth and beauty. I will never lay another stone tile without calling Chhay the next day to polish and seal them. He knows how to finish stone, and he respects your property as well. We had the floors since they were originally installed in 2000, and we never knew about the hidden beauty stored within the stones. Apparently when you buy stone tiles like marble (he also restored our bathroom shower, which was marble) and limestone, it is only slightly polished initially, and can be brought up to a real shine that reflects beautifully. Chhay takes pride in his work, and even gave us lessons on how to maintain the stone in the future, including showing us what products to use and what to avoid, and how to polish out stains in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to invite Chhay and his crew back to work on our floors in the future.

Chhay came and gave me a quote to refinish my marble floor in the entry way, hallway and bathroom. He was prompt and professional. The work consisted of stripping the floor (which was trimmed with brazilian cherry making the project more complex), filling in holes, and refinishing it. He was very careful to ask and confirm the type of finish I wanted (e.g. how much of a gloss) and he educated me on the care/maintenance issues with different finishes. He did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable. On a separate note, I had called another company for an estimate - they came, said this wasn't in their expertise and wanted to call in Chhay to do it for them.

Great! Fun guy to talk to, also. Squeezed me into his busy schedule on a Saturday, knowing that we're moving in a few days and need to have our high end home looking perfect for selling.

OUR FLOORS WERE REFINISHED AND RESTORED TO A BRILLIANT SHINE. I HAVE HAD THEM WORKED ON SEVERAL TIMES AND THIS IS THE BEST THEY HAVE EVER LOOKED. THEY LOOK BETTER THAN NEW.
