Steve Kane is the owner of Spring Valley Constr. An appt was made for his crew to come pressure wash. He called to postpone to the following day. I thanked him for the notice. Pressure washing went well. After letting the house dry for several days his crew returned to start painting. They were professional, efficient workers, going quietly about their job. The house was finished in 2 days. Their clean up was great, taking all the plastic and waste with them. My husband and I have walked around the house several times looking for any missed areas but have not found one. I asked that they paint the foundation in the house color, which they did. I have found Steve is a man of his word. He arrived at the time he said he would, did the job he said he would and cleaned up after himself. What more can we ask for? The only clean up we had to do was sweep the paint chips (from pressure washing) off the decks and driveway. I am having my kitchen remodeled in a couple weeks. Steve will be coming back to paint afterwards. I give this contractor a solid A+ rating.
