Description of Work: They filled a chip in my car windshield. They did the job, but it was poorly done. The excuse was that was the way it was supposed to be. It was rough and is messing up my wiper blades, leaving streaks, etc.

 + -1 moreI went to "SPEEDY AUTO GLASS" in early December of 2013. I originally had problems with the service I received. I contacted "ANGIE'S LIST" and made a complaint. Angie's List contacted another "SPEEDY AUTO GLASS" closer to my address. In the intro of all the head ache I experienced originally, the regional manager contacted me personally and had me explain exactly all the mistakes and frustrations I went through. After talking to him, he sincerely apologized for all of the frustrations I experienced as well as all of the unhappy services I experienced. He later called the local branch and discussed the problem with that particular manager at the local office before he scheduled me to have my car taken in and evaluated. Once I had my windshield evaluated, the office rescheduled my windshield repair. The original location put on some cheap and crappie molding when I specifically requested the factory molding from the very beginning. The local office could not find the exact molding I needed for my make and model car so they went "ABOVE and BEYOND" and ordered the proper molding all the way from Texas "WITHOUT CHARGING ME" at all for the new replacement factory molding which costed several hundred dollars. They get all 10's or better yet, all "A+'S" from me. I strongly recommend them with 100% satisfaction at the end of service being completed. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

 + -1 moreJob went very well and you cannot tell it from the original Toyota windshield that was replaced. Definitely would use them again.
Description of Work: Windshield replacement as rock split at edge of window and spread out towards center of window. The windows was replaced in about an hour and excellent service and top tech doing the work. The boss says his tech is the top one in the state of Washington. My cost was the $100.00 deductible.

 + -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY SENT THEIR MOBILE UNIT SO I DIDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT FINDING A RIDE. HE GOT THE WINDOW OUT WITHOUT IT BUSTING ALL OVER (MY WINDOW WAS CRACKED ALL THE WAY ACROSS).
Description of Work: REPLACED CRACKED AND PITTED TINTED WINDSHIELD ALONG WITH SEAL WITHOUT SHATTERING IT ALL OVER MY DRIVEWAY.
