Appliance Repair
Technician was professional and informative. Dryer fixed and working when technician left. Make sure to use the Angie's list coupon. The labor cost is addition to a diagnostic fee ($79.00,) is to high but if you want it fixed that is what you have to pay. Changing a fuse is simple and easy, but the manufacture puts the fuse in a place which a novice would not know where to look for it , and the Dryer instruction manual told me what the problem was, but did not tell me where the fuse was located on the Dryer. Thanks Kenmore!

It went smooth. While I take my Dodge Caravan (still under warranty and all), I take my Dodge Neon (paid off and not under warranty, lol) to Sears for maintenance. They met with me when I pulled up, took my car and it no time I was taken care of.

They are terrible. The serviceman was great, but the service was horrible. The scheduling and getting them home was bad.
