It went fine and he is very personable. Called when he was going to be late. Likes to chat and it was Mr. Schuller that always came out.

I have used him for over 20 years at three different residences. He is absolutely awesome and it could not praise the guy better; he is wonderful. He would clean my upper floor which was about 2,800 square feet for about $280. I would give him an A-plus for the overall grade.

Steve is terrific, hardworking and knowledgeable. He is the only person who has cleaned my carpets for nearly 20 years. He was originally referred by our real estate agent. Real Estate Agents usually know the best home repair and service people. Steve has powerful equipment and many years experience. His pricing is honest, he won't give you some story about deep discounts that turn out to be false. Besides quality, he's just a very nice guy, someone you can be comfortable with in your home.

He was adequate. He was very professional and very concerned about the results. He took his time and worked hard on all the spots. He did a good job. I was pleased with the pricing as well. He says he has been cleaning for 30 years. There are people that use him every year, and he has a big list of referrals. I called him during the holiday time. He could not make it for the appointment because he was busy with a prior cleaning. We had to postpone it for a week, and I was a little annoyed with that. He tries to book as many people as he can during that time. However, I was happy with his service overall.

Very well. There were some tough stains and they came out with no problem and the carpet looks great - almost new!
