General Remodeling
The job isn't done but he took most the money. It was supposed to be completed in August but he walked away at the end of September. He did part of the work, he would leave a statement of work but never completed that work. He told the real estate agent that referred him to me that he was walking away but never told me. He said he would come back with they key and garage door opener but he never did. He also left with my materials. He's been lying since the beginning. Some of the work is good and some is not good. He owes me $25,000.
