RainTech Gutters

Everything went very well. We had 28yo 5" gutters replaced with new 6" ones. While 6" was not required, I liked the look and ability to clean better that 5". Raintech was nice enough to remove all my old gutters in one day and give me about 4 days to paint all my facia before they installed the new gutters. That made painting a breeze. All the gutters (270' on 3 stories) were installed in one day and look amazing. I could not be happier with any part of this process.

Excellent and professional service. I was going to install the gutters myself but by the time I priced the materials it would be a similar cost with lower grade materials. It was a no brainier, these guys are professional, quality materials and excellent workmanship.

We called them about replacing gutters on our house, it was great they didn't even have to come out to give us a quote, it was all done by satellite pictures. They showed up right on time, very professional and they got the job done way faster then I was anticipating.. we are very happy with our gutters and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace gutters. They are also a very reasonably priced small company which was nice, we would rather help out small businesses then large corporate companies.

The owner Will returned my call and he was quick with an approximate estimate over the phone. After coming out he stuck to his estimate. He was very personable, quick to turn around the work. From the day I called to the day installation took place it was a total of 7 days since he had to special order the materials to match our color. I called RainTech NW in the morning, sent them pictures and they provided me with a reasonable estimate. They were punctual and the whole job was completed pretty quickly.

I had measured the number of feet of gutter I was going to need and the number of downspouts.  I called RainTech for an estimate.  He called me back, and gave me an estimate over the phone (which I thought was rather brave  :)  )  He said he had jobs scheduled out for about a week, which was fine with me.  He called back the next day, and said that he'd be able to do my gutters the day after tomorrow.   I had plans on leaving for the weekend (4th of July), and would not be home.  He said that he'd be willing to do the job, being it seemed to be a straight forward job.  Which it was, for the most part.  I agreed with him proceeding, relying on him to do the job.   I told him of a couple things for him to take note of. 

During the job, he called to discuss a few things (no big deal), and I asked about some roof drain concerns, and he said he would be able to work those out.   He was very courteous and more than willing to work anything and everything out.

When I got home, the gutters were in, and they looked great (how good can rain gutters look?)  A day or two later, I happen to see one of the downspouts appeared to have been dropped, it was slightly dented and had a small punched hole in it.  On one of the downspouts, I had intended to put a rain barrel (it was not in place at the time of the job), and thought that all I needed to do was remove the dented one, cut it off to the right size and exchange it with the good spout where the barrel was to go.  I called Will, and he was very adamant about coming back to "make it right".   I didn't think it was that wrong, but I agreed.  He came a couple days later, replaced the dented one, and put a nice downspout to my rain barrel.

I'd have him do a job for me again in a heartbeat, what a very pleasant gentleman.
