Over the last 25 years we have grown to 11 retail locations in the Puget Sound. We are a local family-owned company.

It went okay. They were supposed to call to tell me what needed fixing on my sewing machine and give me an estimate on the repairs. I did not get a call when expected, so I called them. They were surprised that I called , but gave me the information and I okayed the repair. It was fixed very quickly. They notified me promptly when the repair was done and were very nice when I came to pick up my machine. I am so glad to have my sewing machine working again.

We had a great experience. I called first and discussed the problem and cost with the repairman. He let me know the range of cost for the servicing and when he thought he could get the job done. We took the vacuum in and he told us he would put a stronger handle on the machine and that he could have it done that day and that we could get a loaner vacuum if we needed one--nice option if it is going to be awhile. The serviceman called and told me the brushes were in need of replacing if I wanted to have that done also but everything else was in great shape. The service was done that day and our vacuum works better than ever. The staff at the counter was also helpful and told us about their sewing machine servicing and classes that are offered.

That went okay. My wife says that the sewing machine repair went well. She ordered a pair of scissors from them and that did not go well.

The sales person saw that I was using heavy-duty thread with a normal needle. I bought some new needles and thread of the right sizes, and haven't had a broken thread since. They also told me of free sewing classes they conduct.

THE PEOPLE HERE ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY HAVE A LARGE KNOWLEDGE OF MANY DIFFERENT MACHINE MODELS. ALL AGES FEEL WELCOMED AND INVITED. FIVE GENERATIONS OF MY FAMILY GO TO THIS STORE FOR MERCHANDISE AND SERVICE.
