Due to unforeseen circumstances our vacation had to be extended, so we returned late on a Tuesday.  My wife's book club was coming on Sunday and the rugs had needed cleaning before we left.  I researched Angie's List and came up with Quality Carpet Cleaners.  All the reviews were extremely complementary regarding work performed and the professionalism of owner, Thomas Lemmon.  I called and found him very easy to talk to.  He had an opening on Thursday and we booked it.  
QCC was rated near 100% in all categories and after having our rugs cleaned, I agree with those assessments!  Thomas removed stains that no one had previously been able to remove and they have stayed out.  The rugs dried in a day.  Since he asked very detailed questions before hand, his work was extremely efficient.
My wife was dazzled with the quality of his cleaning.  Our rugs are over 15 years old and have been cleaned one or two times each year.  The recent cleanings have not been so good.  But Thomas and QCC changed all that.  The rugs look like new and QCC will be the only carpet cleaner for us.

They were great, excellent and they're topnotch all the way. I like the professional behavior and clean-up and so I would recommend them to family and friends.

It went well.  The person who did the cleaning was very professional, cheerful, and efficient.  He even asked if he could clean the hallway carpet, too, and did. Everything looks really good.

Quality Carpet and Upholstery cleaners have come to my house year after year to clean carpet and upholstery.  The scheduler, Stephanie, is always polite and friendly.  They call to confirm the time they are coming.  If running late, they call to update you.
Tom, the cleaner, is thorough, professional, and always does a number 1 job.  Has cleaned carpet, pet stains, upholstery with chocolate.  All came out looking great.

He arrived on time, got right to work, cleaned efficiently, added a hallway with no extra charge. We were going to replace the family room carpet but he got it so clean we have put that off! We will definitely call them when we need carpets cleaned again.

They come here about every three months or so. They have been cleaning my carpets on an ongoing basis. Sometimes he does some extra work. They are here doing the upholstery on the first floor.

They are very good in communicating with me. They are punctual, professional and responsive. They complete the work quickly. They are careful and don?t damage anything. They do exactly what they say that they are going to do. The quality of their work is very good and I have been satisfied with their service.

Stephanie, Tom's Assistant, scheduled me a week or so from my cleaning date. Tom showed up right on time, parked his truck out front and immediately started cleaning my upstairs hallway, two bedrooms and stairs. For a reasonable cost ($77.00), he steam cleaned and enzymed treated (for pet stains) the carpets. He was done in less than 40 minutes.

The high-traffic areas were as clean as the less-traveled places. The carpet looked like new, and the upholstered chairs were so clean, I hadn't realized they were that dirty.

I take care of my dad's home and when we needed cleaning they come and a great job. I was very pleased with their pricing and will be using them again in the very near future.
