 + -1 moreWe are going with VECU. This escrow company, Puget Sound Escrow Solutions Inc, are in Tukwila. With all the applications, it got complicated and the deadline was creeping up on us. To save us driving down to Tukwila they are sending out a travelling notary to come to our house on a Friday night when we are both home from work. We're signing the papers at home tonight. That is serious service. It is all about our convenience, getting everything done in an expedited manner. They've been pretty awesome, non-stop. They've let us know what's happening, told them about the complication with the taxes. Chase had already taken the taxes to pay them, and the lock date was coming up and I couldn't stop them so I was going to have to pay taxes twice. So we got the paperwork, got it done, and these folks were just super courteous, super nice and ready to jump amazingly, I though. And the travelling notary was the icing on the cake. We've gone through this stressful period, and we're both going to have to take time off work to go, and she says we don't have to do that. We don't have to travel all that way.
