The finish work was very poor, the cement cracked right away.

They did a nice job on all the projects for us. It did end up costing more than the original bid, but we are happy with the work.

Manu went over the project with me, wrote a detailed contract, which stated the price.  I received a 10% senior discount.
Dan and Rob finished the whole project in 2 days.  The original quote for the work to be finished was 3 days.
Manu and crew were easy to work with and everything went smoothly.  

They work with you every step of the way,  Nate did a great job taking up the old driveway.  Mannuoso sits down with you to go over what will be done and the cost.  My Project #1 turned into Project #9 as I made the decisions to have all the necessary work done. After signing off on the fence I had a call from Mannuoso that the cedar fencing had gone up in price.  Initially that was very troubling to me but they made up for it with a backyard project for free, if you will.  They were methodical in their work and explained every little detail.  Hope to have them back next year for two more projects.

I've been needing to get my driveway and walkways redone for quite some time, but never found the right company to do it for the right price.  I learned about Pro-Built Contractors from a friend who had work done at his place and liked what I saw, so I called them up.  I was able to get a service rep out the very next day.  Dan came out to my place and I was able to tell him everything that I wanted done, and also that I needed it to be done quickly - I was going to have people over for a 4th of July BBQ.  Dan not only assured me that it could be done on time, but he a gave me a price that I thought was very reasonable.  He also told me that there were different staining and stamping options - that were in my budget - to make my driveway and walkways look better than just the plain grey cement look that everyone has. My project began on June 28th and they were done in 3 days.  Pro-Built employees were very courteous and professional, they worked hard.  I am very pleased with the outcome.  I get compliments from all my neighbors, and from the family and friends who came over for the 4th.  I would definitely use Pro-Built again and have been referring them to everyone I know.
