Premier Carpet Service

Mr. Talley, the owner, appears to be quite busy and almost all communication is through an answering service which is adequate but not outstanding.  After some phone tag, we booked an appointment for 10AM.  No follow-up was made after the initial appointment and this caused some concern as a lot of furniture was moved in anticipation of the cleaning event.  Mr. Talley called to say he was running about an hour behind on the day of the event.  He arrived about 2hrs late and again, my confidence was shaken.  However, I had used Premier before and knew of his quality.  Mr. Talley went right to work in a 2-step process.  I did not see him attack the stains, nor did I point them out to him, but they were gone when we inspected his work.  Mr. Talley works alone and provides a high quality service with some good equipment.  I need to mention that he should pursue the oil leaks from his truck as it took me over an hour to remove the stains from my driveway using a pressure washer and harsh chemicals. I've used others and Mr. Talley gets your carpet clean while respecting your home's interior.  His price is competitive and his work is worth more than he charges.  Without a doubt, we will us Mr. Talley again.

It went extremely smoothly.  John finished in no time, and he even detailed our car.
