The worker who did the estimate was professional, took pictures, and documented things well. I am still waiting of the insurance to determine liability then I will probably have this company repair the damages.

We only got two estimates for the work, Both required that we bring the car in. All things between the two were essentially equal. We ended up choosing Precision because they were closest to our home. The estimate was rendered efficiently with an eye to minimizing our cost. The estimator explained how they would do each operation. He also said that if they found anything unanticipated he would call before proceeding. As it turned out there were a couple bumper brackets that were cracked and needed replacing These had to be ordered from the Lexus dealer, adding an extra day to complete the work. Precision kept costs down by polishing out minor scratches thus making it unnecessary to replace more costly body panels. Colors were matched perfectly where new paint was applied. The car was restored to like-new condition. We are completely satisfied. .
Between the time that we first contacted Precision for an estimate and completion of the work they were acquired by Abra Auto Body and Glass. At the time of our repair there was no change in personnel. So, going forward, our review should be qualified by the fact of this change in ownership.

We hit a bus- whoops- we were OK but our minivan wasn't. Our insurance company gave us a choice of two body shops nearby and we chose Precision. From start to finish they were friendly and professional. Their staff did an excellent job of keeping us updated on the status of the repairs, by phone and by email. The repairs- front bumper, left panel and front end realignment- were done ahead of schedule. The van was returned to us cleaner than it entered the shop, inside and out. I certainly hope I won't be in another wreck, but if I did need a body shop again I would certainly use this shop.
