They were pretty prompt. They found the problem and fixed it. However they had to come out twice because they probably overlooked something. Our house is on the hill side and that was pretty challenging for them.

Two young guys came over and unhooked my sink,when they noticed my water heater was really old and they said they happened to have one in their truck, they said they just had to go and grab the tools. They did the work that they came to do on my sink, but then they over charged me significantly for my water heater. I even called the licensing company and they verified they overcharged me. I would not recommend them.
