Called Mike, and he was at my house within the hour. Very nice guy. He's the type of repairman you want. He came over, fixed and realigned the tracks on our garage, and fixed the cables. Our door opens and closes better than it did before. Thanks for everything Mike!!

He was able to come out right away when the spring broke and I was unable to open my garage door. Due to age and condition of my garage door opener, took him a bit longer than usual to get everything running smoothly but still charged basic rate as quoted over the phone. Now runs much smoother and quieter than before.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work Mike did. He returned my call quickly and was able to accommodate the date and time I needed him to come. He arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. I had purchased his service on a $49 Groupon voucher for general garage door maintenance. Between the time I bought the voucher and the date of service, the spring broke on the garage door and the cables were dangling. He had a replacement spring on his truck and gave me a good deal on the cost of replacing it. He had the job done in no time, and the door is running more smoothly than it has in years (in spite of having it serviced a couple of years ago by another company). I'll definitely call him again next time we need the garage door serviced.
