It went excellent. Dennis came out for the initial estimate & suggested an even better way to do a planting area I was thinking of. His design ended up looking awesome & was exactly what I wanted in the end. Moetu lead the job which took just two days. I work long hours & did not get to interact with the rest of the crew. However my neighbor who works from home said they were very friendly, efficient, & considerate. They also spread grass seed over the remaining lawn after they finished the job, and it is now coming back to life after the hot summer. I love the end product so much. Kaya at the office was very responsive & communicative during the whole process. Even sent a picture of some rocks when I wasn’t understanding what they would look like.

Very good! These guys work hard from the they got here in the morning until time to leave. Very friendly also, always saying good morning and explained every step along the way. Would very highly recommend this company to anyone.

They had all of the old plants and a tree cleared out in just under 1 1/2 hours. Never seen a group of guys so well together and so fast

Dennis and Kaya are amazing! I highly recommend this company for any landscape need. The crew was very professional and Dennis and Kaya were amazing to work with. The landscape they did on our hill was perfect! Excellent service. Thank you and will use them again this summer!

They are amazing, super responsive and provide personal attention. We've worked with a lot of contractors and they are so personal and quick with response. They are very honest with their quotes. We are having them work on a HUGE project. They do all sizes of projects. We are very very pleased with them. They are top notch!

Everything from the initial quote, to the follow-up was excellent. The office staff sent the quote for the irrigation and sod and also one for monthly maintenance....very smart! Once the work commenced, the crew was very nice, seemed happy to do the job, asked for only water (I would have fed them also!) and worked at least 9-10 hours each day with a short lunch. They cleaned up each day very well and arrived on time each day. I thought they did a spectacular job in only 2 days and we will use them again when it is time for the backyard to be done. We are also going to get their monthly servoces to protect our large investment in the front yard. We highlt recommend then! We did receive a 10% Angie's List discount.

The contractor sent clear communication through Angiies List to set up an appointment. I bought the Big Deal back in September but didn't want to use the service until April. They were fine with that. The workers came on tame, quickly did their work and left everything just as tidy as when they arrived. Very satisfied.

I reached out to this company for thatch and over-seed service as I was/am in the process of revitalizing a very poorly maintained lawn for a house I purchased last year. I want to simplify this review as follows.
- Did they do the work? Yes.
- Did they do the work well? No (but I didn't realize this until another landscaper did a "light" thatch and ended up doing a better job for a fraction of the cost)
For you see, they didn't go over the entire lawn at all. Not sure why not.
Add to this the fact that this company is extremely impersonal and unprofessional, and you have a recipe for avoidance. They'll only work over email, you never get to talk to anyone. After the thatch service I'd asked for a quote for irrigation and they didn't even bother replying to my email.

"We strive for good customer satisfaction and are a little perplexed by this recent review for work completed over a year ago. We actually worked with [Removed Member Name] and I personally talked to him on the phone, and corresponded with him via email. My initial conversation was regarding how we could fit the lawn renovation into our very busy schedule. He asked if he could make payment 3 weeks after the work was going to be done and we accommodated him in this. The crew completed the work and did the work to industry standards. Thatching too deep is not recommended as it will remove not only thatch but grass too. He never indicated any dis-satisfaction with the work at the time. Also we did leave him a message regarding our irrigation costs. Not sure why a year later we would be hearing any of this for the first time?"

They were fabulous. Carlos was responsive and very professional. We have worked with many contractors and service providers over the past year since purchasing our home and our experience has been hit or miss - more miss than hit. However, Carlos and his team were extremely professional and very considerate of our property while doing the work. I would absolutely use them for other outdoor projects around our house.

They did a great job. I was entirely pleased with them. It was great! They came out, they looked at it, and gave me a bid in a timely manner. They gave me some suggestions because I was unsure of what to do with some stuff, and they were good suggestions. They did the work in a single day. It was all as advertised. It was at the price they quoted. I would recommend and I will use them again. They knew what they were doing. Some people would come in and they really don't know what they are doing. Sometimes all the tree services want to pull out stump. It really wasn't necessary in this case and they conceded that it doesn't need to be removed. I can talk to them, they knew what they were doing, and the work was as good as advertised or better.

They did more than we expected and were totally professional, courteous and friendly. I would never hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I had a dental appointment while they were working here and they waited to permanently install the new plantings so I could check the layout when I returned. I made a few changes and they were very cooperative in doing what I wanted. We were very surprised to see that they spread the bark around the rest of the yard so it would look nice.
