 + -1 moreWe have a 30-year fix, and when the interest rates started to drop, they actually called us and told us they could save us money. As a result, we recently refinanced. They had no trouble at all with it being a VA. As far as I know, everything's gone smoothly. The people at the company were a little pushy about getting the refinance to happen. They kept calling and calling until I felt like they were trying to bully us to an extent. Finally, I handed the matter over to my husband. He called them and we were finally able to make a good decision. I feel really good about the new payment we're at.
Description of Work: They are our current mortgage company.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING. THEY WOULD WORK AROUND OUR SCHEDULES WHEN NEEDED. THEY ALSO WORKED WITH US ON WEEKENDS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
