Mole Control & More

In 2013 we had a mole problem and after trying a myriad of solutions from the internet that didn't work, I turned to Angie's List.  Mole Masters is a family owned company with great personnel.  In 2013, they arrived 7 days after my order date and followed up 4 times. 

In 2014, I didn't even think about self-help, and instead immediately called Mole Masters.  They came out the next day, and set 3 traps, and followed up with  4 weekly or bi-weekly visits to service the traps.  In both years, they resolved the problem, but cautioned that in the future other moles might find the existing tunnels.

We were so pleased with the personnel and services of Mole Masters that I considered putting them on speed dial!

I called on a Tuesday and they were out the same day and put traps in covered by tents (really metal bowls) to keep the moles in and other animals out. Moles were "gone" in less than a week. The trap set up fee cover having to have them come out and set traps if additional moles appear within a year's time. When they check/remove the traps, you get ownership of the mole bodies (delivered to you in double bagged plastic and paper) for proof for you and you are told to throw them away.
Please note the old "cutting" traps were recently outlawed by WA as inhumane. So was glad I didn't have to deal with it any longer even though poison was used.
My only complaint is that the dead moles contained so much poison that the acrid smell wafted into the house from the garage and I was unable to go out into the garage for more than half a week because it was so overwheming. That despite them being wrapped in 3 layers of plastic. I'd recommend having them come set up traps the day before your garbage day so you don't have to put up with that smell for long.
