Then didn't charge me for the inspection but did for the oil change. It is one of the few places I felt like I wasn't taken advantage of because I am a woman. Being a big chain store I feel like if I had a complaint I have more people to go to. When I had asked about my brakes I was hoping they could explain to me but they was unable.

They quoted me less, but the alternator belt needed replacing. The front desk manager showed me the belt that was a little frayed and showed me another belt that was replaced since it had to come off to get to the alternator belt. The additional belt was only $25 so I chose not to have them put the older one back on. Also I chose not to have the struts replaced because that would have been another $1450. I have used Midas in the past and this location was just as professional and courteous as the other Midas locations I've been to. The waiting room is always clean and pleasant with glass between the room and the garage so you can see that they've brought in your car to work on it.

They took my car in quickly, kept in touch with me via phone, gave me a coupon special without the physical coupon (I asked if they would give me the deal), and finished within a few hours. It was a last minute appointment. They called me when the repair was finished. The price still seemed a little high, but the lifetime warranty and the prevalence of Midas stores is a good thing. I will go back soon for a new muffler. The staff was friendly and the waiting area was clean (big plus in my book).

MIDAS TOOK OUR CAR IN IMMEDIATELY AND CHECKED TO SEE IF WE NEEDED NEW BRAKES. WE DID NEED NEW BRAKES. MIDAS OFFERED TO DO IT IMMEDIATELY, THEY WERE FAST AND EFFICIENT. THE COST WAS COMPARABLE TO OTHER PLACES AND WE GOT IT DONE IMMEDIATELY.
