Medina is amazing. The price is unbeatable. Total price was $120. Lilia is so nice. I love them. Use them and you will be very happy!!

Wiped down the house rather than scrub or wash it.

They didn't clean. They just randomly rearranged the house. They also put dishes that weren't clean in the cupboard. They were probably the worst I ever had.

We were very pleased with the results. The work was done just as it was agreed upon. We would definitely hire Medina Professional Cleaning for future needs.

they were reluctant to do work that involved a little more difficult efforts. i was very disappointed that i had to constantly direct there attention to the work i wanted done. all they really wanted to do was very light housework. i had called and talked to the owner before i purchased the big deal to make sure they would do the jobs i wanted done, and was assured they would gladly do these! unfortunately this was not the case. they were also very slow! simple dusting and wiping down areas took an unusually long time. communications were also difficult with anyone other than the manager. none of the workers spoke english, and seemed to have prolems understanding my instructions. overall.....i wouldn't recommend them.

The Medina team arrived promptly and attacked the job with vigor and enthusiasm. We are exceptionally pleased with the result as well as the price, which was determined by bid prior to scheduling. We definitely plan to use Medina in the future.

It was last minute on my part and I needed someone right away and these ladies came in and cleaned the home spotless. There were 5 women and they were there for about 2 hours and I was very happy with the results and would definitely recommend and use their services again.

They were on time, pleasant and really hard workers.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out okay. It was overall a positive experience. I remember calling a few times to schedule the appointment. They showed up when they said they would.

They were very nice and professional.

Three people came to do four hours of work. One was apparently the supervisor of the other two. She was not friendly to me or my adult daughter and did not even acknowledge our little ones. You know how kids want to say "hi" and they expect adults to be nice to them? She started our conversation by listing all the things they would NOT do. And she pointed out that I would have to pay extra to get more than the four hours of housecleaning I had paid for. I just didn't feel like she was trying to make the customer feel very good about having hired them. There was one woman who did not speak English and she was the one who was the nicest! Anyway, they worked for about an hour and 10 minutes and then gathered their things up to leave. I had paid for four hours of housecleaning and I feel like I didn't get my money's worth with them. I am not a micro-manager so when they decided it was time for them to go, I let them go. But we won't be having them back.

They came on a Saturday to meet and give me an estimate. It was the first time I had hired a cleaning service. The house was desperately needing a deep cleaning. She was very nice and gave me a good estimate for the job. They came on the date agreed upon and did a wonderful job. We'll worth the money!

I thought they did a good job, and they were flexible in the arrangements, but when the team showed up, I was expecting two, and there were six. So they swarmed all over the house, which is a lot disconcerting and makes me a little uncomfortable. I'd purchased a big deal for a specific number of hours, so when they divided by the six people who showed up, it worked out to 45 minutes. Which was fine, and they did finish the whole house, and it was clean. I just wasn't comfortable with that crowd all over my house.

They were really good and we were happy with them. We have a large house and about 8 people came in and just got it done. So, they were staffed well, efficient and thorough.

About six people came in. Each woman did one hour of cleaning. They did a good job.

The work was good, I got what I paid for. The person that initially came spoke English but the two people who came to do the work didn't so I was unable to communicate with them what I wanted done which was frustrating. They left the back door unlocked. I didn't notice until the next day, I did not appreciate that.

They were a bit late but that was due to Seattle traffic. As soon as the door opened up it was like a swarm of bees cleaning everywhere. They got my house in shape to put on the market for sale. It was wonderful having four people cleaning at once because it got done quickly. They laughed at the amount of dog hair but happily dealt with it professionally. I'd love to use them again.
