I thought the price was high. He got right back to me when I contacted him. He prices by square foot versus per room. So I think it was about 25% more then someone else. The carpets were not bad but he did a good job. Not sure I would use him for carpet cleaning but I would for furniture being cleaned. Good customer service.

Mark has cleaned my carpets for years, even before he had his own company. Now, his prices are even lower and his workmanship is every bit as wonderful. His equipment is top of the line. I've tried other companies but no one's service, professionalism, and quality can match Mark's. He is respectful of the rest of my home, wiping away water on the hardwoods almost as soon as it appears. He is neat, diligent, and talented. I highly recommend his service. Special note: he has removed coffee from my carpets twice, even when it had been spilled over a year prior. He's the best!
