THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH MAJOR BRAND APPLIANCES WAS AN OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH WITH EXPLAINING THE PROCESS AND WERE NOT AS EXPENSIVE AS THE OTHER COMPANIES I CONTACTED.
