Install is contracted out to other companies, but the install was done well. They did break a sink in the bathroom, but lowes got us a new one and offered to install it. We did not purchase high end windows so the job was done to satisfaction. 
Overall a good experience.

My experience was wonderful. Basically, we had our cabinets done first and we are really pleased together with them, the job they did, and the contractor they used. We compared prices and we got a really good deal at Lowe so wanted to use them. Their quality is excellent. We had the countertop people come out one more time to work on the fire place. They have to shave a little bit to get a new stone in but there was no hassle. They did it and that was great. They cleaned up and did a great job.

We went back and forth on our decisions many times but she was always there to help us with a lot of patience and good advice. We were very happy with the contractor they sent us for the cabinets in the kitchen and completely trusted him to have access to our home while we were at work. He did an excellent job and we would hire him back for our bathrooms when we are ready to do those. Flowform handled our granite countertops through Lowes and they did a super job also. We also had our fireplace done so they had to come back to fix a few seams, but we are very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

I have got two very different experiences with Lowe's. With this one at Enchanted Parkway, basically the service was poor. I had given them my money basically for the window or for the window to be installed and it was a month at least or maybe a month and a half before they installed it. The individuals doing the work were fine, good job done, everything, the person that scheduled it, prices, if you want to call it that, very hard to get hold of.
