Working with Lee Best Painting was a pleasure! From the prompt response to my initial contact, the pleasant comprehensive assessment of the project, the competitive quote to the completion of the job David and his team were very professional.
It was interesting to watch as a team of 6 swarmed my house carefully draping plastic sheeting, taping, sanding, repairing as needed and painting the whole rancher in less than a day!
I would (and have) recommended them to others in this area.

Needed to have my house's exterior painted. I was contacted by Lee Best Painting Co. through Angi. David contacted me quickly and met with me within a few days. David was very professional and answered all my questions and provided suggestions on how to best provide a quality product. His estimate was very reasonable, and I selected him over several other submissions. The whole project took only two days. One to pressure wash and one to paint the whole house. They did an excellent job and provided everything promised. I would highly recommend Lee Best Painting Co.

We had our resident painted by Lee Best Painting Co. After having several estimates done by other contractors that were both residential and commerical. We choose Mr Lee. We wanted to keep with the American dream of a family run business, So we choose David Lee Best Painting and Company. They were courtesy, prompt, diligence, and professional, along with listening to our needs and request. We made a good investment with his Company. And are quite pleased with the workmanship they've done to our home to make it look new again. I would highly recommend the Lee Best painting company for residential and commercial painting.

Wow! The best painting company weâ ve ever used so far. They are a family owned business. A crew of 6 people came to work on our home very early in the morning and worked tirelessly, prioritizing their work, while paying attention to every detail, and were able to finish by around 8pm the same day - incredible! Other companies usually take a few days, even weeks! Our house was no easy task (big 2 story house). We are very satisfied with Leeâ s work. If you want quality work done, quickly and efficiently, go with Lee Best Painting. Worth every penny! Weâ ll be hiring them for painting the inside of our home soon. Definitely will be referring them to our friends and family.

They were very unprofessional and did not prep the walls before painting. We were left with a mess, and a sloppy job. Such a huge disappointment!

"I am deeply sorry you still feel this way. I was hoping that we left on better terms after our conversation/agreement that day. We would never intentionally hurt our business image and dissatisfied our clients. The wallpaper issue was addressed prior to initiating the project. They were not taken down because it was requested we just paint over them due to it costing more to remove. We would have happily removed it for you, had that been your wish. Overall, we are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with our service. Although my team of 7 members worked very hard for 12 hours that day, We wanted to come to some resolve to satisfy you as a valued client. We strive for excellence and again, we are truly sorry for your experience."

Clear communication on timeline and scheduling was a challenge up-front but tolerable. The reason for this poor review is the lack of professionalism of a crew member on the day of painting. Background, we recently purchased an older property that was poorly maintained. Several areas of the siding were damaged, and the paint was peeling. During the initial inspection, I highlighted all the problematic areas and asked for a plan and what to expect. David (owner of the company) stated that replacing panels would not be necessary. The plan discussed during the estimate was aborted on the day of painting. Originally the plan was for the painting phase to take 2 days but they completed in 1. The work completed was adequate for the price point of service offered by this company. What I find unacceptable is that one crew member was openly rude and judgmental. Its possible this is based on the condition of the original paint/siding. This behavior was not corrected or addressed by David. I am a paying customer, this is not a community service project. If the damage is too extensive for your skill level then that should be stated. I was willing to pay to replace panels of siding which is what I now know would have been the best option. Usually, contractors on Home Advisors or Angis are great. First time having deep regret. (I did not discuss problematic areas during the final inspection after painting. I just wanted them to leave my property)

"Hello Tamara, I am sorry to hear you were not happy with our services. I was not aware one of my employees was being unprofessional. That is not who we are, and is unacceptable. I apologize for their behavior and will discuss this issue with them and find out what happened. Thank you for being patient and understanding about the challenges we faced in the beginning with communication and scheduling as there?s been a shortage in paint/products from the paint stores due to the pandemic, so it has been quite a challenge in ordering the supplies needed and having them delivered in a timely manner. I assure you we are doing the best we can under the circumstances. We make sure to go over the contract with each of our customers before signing to make sure nothing has been left out that has been requested of our services. It saddens me that no issues or concerns were addressed during our final inspection; I was under the impression you were satisfied with our work during our walkthrough. We do final inspections with all of our customers to ensure complete satisfaction. We would've been more than happy to fix any problematic areas, and to work with you to figure out a resolution. And also explore what options may be available if you decided you wanted to replace the panels at extra cost. It is not too late, please give me a call and I'd be more than happy to help you. My company has reached out to you but without any success, if there is a better time to reach you at, please let us know. Very professional, prompt, patient, and knowledgeable. Hired this company to paint my exterior home and wooden deck. Spray painted and brushed my home all in one day. Had a total of five people (all family members). So thankful for their excellent service. They speak Korean and English. The owner is Korean of over 36 years of experience. They are a painting company and also do interior paining and caulking. Would recommend them for painting.

I found Lee Best Painting business card, along with others, at Sherwin Williams in Federal Way. Of all the companies I called, I was only able to get phone calls returned by few. I was able to get several different quotes for the exterior. In the end, my wife and I felt that Lee Best Painting would be the company to go with. It wasnâ t an easy choice but we felt like he really understood what we were looking for. Lee Best Painting was in the mid-range of the quotes. Mr. Lee and his crew (all family) came over and pressure washed the entire house about two days after I told him he had the job. He allowed us to borrow his Sherwin Williams color wheel to pick the colors, by far the hardest part for us. Once we had decided on the colors, I called Mr. Lee back and within a week, he and his family arrived ready to paint our house. Our 3 level house is no small task, 3,500 sq. ft. and four different types of siding material: stucco, cedar shakes, normal siding, and trim. This job included three different colors of paint and one color of solid stain. My house was completed in 1 ½ days. We were impressed that the project was completed in such a short time line with no lack of attention to detail. The perfection was amazing. I was blown away at how awesome he and his crew did. If you are trying to decide who you should go with, I strongly recommend Lee Best Painting.

We are really happy with the work done by Lee Best last summer. The bid was extremely competitive, and they made a point to highlight how detailed they were in their masking. Our job, a combination of staining and painting on a 3100 sf home was done in just two days, plus one day earlier for pressure washing. The work is holding up well, and I'm continually impressed by the crisp edges and detail work in all areas of the house I've inspected since.. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and their workers.
