"The customer made no attempt to contact Last Minute Movers Dispatch office to resolve this issue. If there had been any dissatisfaction or problem, if they contacted the dispatcher, we would have made necessary adjustments, and if crew was not working in a professional way, we could have dealt with it at the time (sent a different team). I was not contacted at all, and only by reviewing Angie's List did I see this review, and see that there was an issue. We pride ourselves on our hard work ethic, and on how we carefully handle the customer's goods. We NEVER use anything but rope/twine or bungie cords for tie-downs. I would like to know the name of the people that came out to this move, and what company name they used, as it does not sound like our crew. On most moves, we have the same lead mover and various assistants, and the same dispatcher. I am the dispatcher, and do not remember speaking to this person, I wonder if they are commenting on the correct company. The comments are very harsh, and our company has never had a review such as this...(by the way, your use of the word betraying is incorrect----it should be portraying). Anytime you have a situation or a question with Last Minute Movers, please call and talk to Abdul or Susan. We are always available to handle any issue, and resolve the issue on the spot. We strive for five star service."
