The first attempt to replace two of three mirrors was not successful. The second attempt was successful and the technician was a”perfectionist” which I appreciated.

Two very knowledgeable, professionals, experienced in their skill arrived & installed our shower doors with exemplary precision. So pleased!! Reasonably priced as well.

I broke a sliding glass door window while weed whacking so needed a replacement. Took about a week and a half to get the replacement glass in. They installed it and it's as good as new, would recommend their services.

Everything was smooth and well done.

It went fine, they were short handed the day the installation was done so the 2 installers were in a hurry, but did a good job anyway.

I'm a repeat customer of this company. I've hired them in the past to repair failed window panes and they did an excellent job for the best price. This most recent project was the full replacement of three small windows in my basement and garage. I wanted basic, builder-grade windows for this project. The other companies that bid were 2-3x higher than King County as they were focused on the up sell. King County bid exactly what I asked and won the project. Their installers were professional, polite, timely and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Jason had to come out a couple of times to finalize style and measurements. He was helpful in the decision making process concerning the type of door to install, sliding versus hinged. My wife and I preferred a hinged door but there was a problem of supporting the door from an existing pocket door frame. Jason suggested a sliding door which my wife and I were against. We found a solution to the hinged door by using pivot hinges top and bottom. Thus keeping the majority of the weight of the door off the pocket door frame. It was about 8 working days from final measurements to installation. Jason and his helper were very professional and the installation was completed in few hours. Jason did make a call-back in response to a concern we had with water seeping under the door. A door sweep was installed which has partially solved the problem. They were not the lowest bid we had, but not the highest either. We would considering hiring them again if a similar project comes along.

Not every window needs replacement--sometimes it's just the glass that's fogged or damaged. The company did great work at a reasonable price.

The windows fit the existing openings correctly and the installation of the fours windows took just over 4 hours.

Quality work, but not very good customer service. Took a week or more to get back to me with information on at least two different occasions. In fact, Carol often made me feel that I was bothering her or as if she didn't want to do the job. Don't think it was personal, she just sounded really stressed. They did complete the major part of the job by the time I needed to have the glass restored. The only reason I would use them again is the quality of the work was excellent. King County Window and glass was awesome! Not only was their quote the lowest their installers were phenomenal. They were professional, yet friendly. Worked around our busy morning trying to get everyone out of the house. They were very nice to our 16mo and 3 year old kids. Also aside from leaving behind beautiful new windows you can't tell at all any work was done. They cleaned up everything related to their work. These guys were so nice and friendly I would invite them over to our house to watch a Seahawks game.

Out of five bids, King County Window and Glass had the lowest one based on the window manufacturer we wanted to use. They were on time and did a great job and were able to give a clear professional explanation of what could and couldn't be done regarding installation. We will use this company again if the need comes up and recommend them to our friends.

King County Window and Glass schedule was quick and on time. Inst. went very well. All involved were very courteous and made sure they covered areas indoors where they were walking. Great group to work with - all done in one day.

Prompt and glass fits perfect.

After having to come out twice for measurements to confirm size needed, and having to stop install on 1st visit due to an electrical wire that was in the way, but later turned out to an old dormant wire, the install went great. Cleaned up everything and everything looks great.

Appointment was made for the day after the initial call.  Job done well and quickly.  Highly recommended!!

I can't recommend King County Window and Glass enough. Scheduling for the estimate and measurement of glass was quick and easy, and when we explained we were trying to replace the glass quickly to prepare for an event, the scheduler promised to expedite the appointment. Once the glass was ready to install, scheduling was easy and the finished product looks amazing. The attention to detail was great, and we would not hesitate to use them again!
