Kevin did an outstanding job! He really took his time and did an exceptional job on the sectional. He took all the pieces apart, cleaned all sides of each piece, including all cushions and pillows. He pretreated everything and steam cleaned the carpets. Kevin was very professional and took great care not to harm furniture or belongings. Will definitely use him again! And very reasonably priced.

We scheduled the appointment in December (Christmas is a busy time for them), so we weren't surprised that the first open window was over a week away. He arrived a little earlier than scheduled and moved most of the heavy furniture out of the way. He was careful and professional. He finished in less than the allotted time and gave post-cleaning instructions (wait 24 hours to move furniture back to carpet, etc.).
We were pleased with the looks that first day, but typically it always looks good the day of or after a cleaning. We've had the carpets cleaned several times in the last few years by different companies (coupons, specials, etc). We've found that the higher price doesn't always equate to a better job. Most of the time we notice some of the major stains and heavy traffic area stains reappear after a few days. Not so with Kevin's Carpet Cleaning. It's been over 3 weeks and the carpets still look great!

I've used Kevin for several years now. He is very easy to schedule--ususally within a few days of our call. His prices are incredibly reasonable. He's a totally honest, hard working guy who goes out of his way to make us happy. I am not happy about most service people, but Kevin is a wonderful exception!

I first used Kevin to clean my carpet over 15 years ago, and I have always been thrilled with what a great job he does for the money. His service is substantially cheaper than the big companies, and he does a better job. I also like that Kevin can usually come within in a week or two of our call for an appointment, and he sometimes is available within a few days. I like that he owns and operates his own business because we always get the benefit of his experience and dedication. I expect other companies would send hourly employees with far less expertise and commitment. Of all the service providers we use, Kevin is my favorite in terms of quality and value.
