Very reasonable priced and courteous.

Did not complete the full work. Juan initially said he would come back and finish and on that promise we paid the full amount but they did not come back and finish it

Too expensive, three man to clean inside windows at $50 each for maybe 30 minutes. Never again.

They did not come prepared. I am all about supporting small businesses, but I am also about professionalism. Maybe it was just an off day for them, but unfortunately will not be hiring them back again.

Juan is very polite and was easy to work with. Their work was exceptional and they won't gouge you for their work. We would definitely hire them again.

I am a stickler for detail and they werent thorough.

Though they were a little later than originally stated, they did call to let me know. Once here they were very polite and efficient. Did a nice job.

They did a good job.

They really did not have the correct tools for the job. The only ladder they had was a 20 foot extension. after using the ladder outside, the brought it into the house without ensuring there was no dirt on it and as a result, we had dirt on our carpet. When it became time to replace our screens, they took plastic chairs from the front porch to stand on and just left them in the dirt.

Loud talking cleaners (I was in virtua meetings inside) lots of slamming equipment into the glass I was worried a window might break. Dirty streaks at the bottoms of my windows. They were here for a half hour - not thorough and definitely not worth $200. I won?t use again.

Fast and easy to work with.

I received a call from J&M within an hour of my requesting quotes for my window washing job. After describing my home and what I needed, he gave me what I thought was a reasonable price and we set a day/time for later the same week. They arrived early and were very thorough with the work. I had my windows cleaned inside and outside, along with window sills, screens and three skylights. They were efficient, thorough and friendly. The whole job took two guys about 2 1/2 hours. I will definitely have them back when I need my windows cleaned again. I would highly recommend J&M.

They came, washed my windows, they ended by my noticing that they broke a window, which is now going to cost me over $400 to repair! And they left a puddle of water on my wooden console table! Thank goodness I found that before the whole table was ruined! Do not hire these guys, they are not worth it! Wish I had not! I noticed the next day water left on a windowsill and now it is discolored and water-stained! Now I have to repaint the windowsill! These guys cost me a lot of money and time! Do NOT hire them!

J & M did a great job, they arrived right on time. Very thorough and weren’t fazed by our tall walls and high windows!

They were friendly and the pair worked together to get the job done. Part of it was to clean our window tracks. I think it was hit or miss if they got them done. Done are still grimy, so I will have to go back and do them myself. Nice young men though.

EXCELLENT! Arrived on time, completed the work safely and quickly. I under-estimated the of number of windows but they did all the windows anyway and without dickering about increasing the price. I plan to hire them again.
