We purchased a 12 month pest control package on Angie's List on Sept 28th and were contacted by Insight Pest Solutions the very same day. Holly set up our initial service appointment right away and promptly rescheduled our appointment due to our schedule. Holly also called us to let us know that our technician may be able to come earlier than our scheduled time if we were available. We really appreciate the communication and professionalism of the office staff. Tyler Kern was the technician that arrived for our appointment. Tyler was very professional and courteous. He listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. He was thorough in his inspection of our home and treated both the interior and exterior of our home. Afterward, Tyler explained all treatments he had performed as well as explaining the products used. We have pets so we appreciate that the those products were safe for our pets to be around. Tyler also assured us that if we needed any further assistance in between our quarterly appointments, we only needed to contact Insight and they would promptly schedule an appointment. We are very happy with our entire experience with Insight Pest Solutions and would recommend them to everyone.

The technician did exactly what he said he was going to do.  He was professional, well spoken and did a great job.

The first appointment: Making an appointment was a hassle but once they arrived (30 minutes late) everything was great. He was super friendly, informative, and quick. I was told that if we still saw anything after 10-14 days to call to have them respray. We have seen spiders on multiple occasions still 3-4 weeks after the initial treatment so I called to schedule another appointment, which was super easy no questions asked. HOWEVER, my appointment was scheduled for 9 am. Again the technician was 20 minutes late, so I called to figure out where he was. The lady in the office informed me she would reach out to him and either her or him would call me back with an ETA. An additional 20 minutes later and no one had called me so I called back 7 times (left 1 message) before someone finally answered at 9:47 to be told he wasn't going to make it till sometime around 11 (2 hours late) which wouldn't work with my schedule so we rescheduled for the next day. THEN, someone had the audacity to call me back at 2:30pm to tell me I was incorrect that my technician was late because he was actually scheduled for the next day. Clearly there is a lack of communication in the office. The day of my rescheduled appointment, the technician called to say he was stuck in traffic and would be 10 minutes late. At least he called but he was still late. When he arrived, he was super polite, quick, and friendly. The technicians are always super friendly so it must just be bad communication and organization within the office. I'm sure glad I didn't sign up for the reoccurring quarterly appointments that the technician tries to get you to sign up for. They are never on time, don't answer their office phone, don't communicate with their clients AND the treatment didn't work. Will definitely NOT be using them in the future. Nice technicians only get you so far when it is like pulling teeth just to get them here.

What a pleasure! Technician Thomas arrived promptly at the beginning of the scheduled window (when does *that* ever happen!?) and was professional, pleasant, and made sure I understood what his plan/s of action were, what materials were being used, and what I could expect. He found a problem I wasn't aware I had, and took the extra steps to address that, too. Very impressive, and much appreciated!

I believe it was successful as possible in Seattle. We have less spiders downstairs. thanks

The $379 covers an entire year of service with quarterly treatments. I had a ton of the sugar ants and they came to spray and then came back a week later to help trouble shoot when the ants decided that my kurig was a great place to live. They are punctual and provide great service for the price.

Great. He did a through check and put out poison inside containers where only rodents could access outside, attic and crawlspace. He will be coming back out this month(September 2016) for a 3 month check up. He checked all vents/openings for possible rodent access. All were properly screened. The Angie special is for 1 year service.

The arrangement of the appointment was uncoordinated as they did not know about the Angie's List set up and initially wanted to sell me a subscription service when I called to try and set things up. I was finally able to arrange a technician who came more than 3 hours later than the scheduled time but was pleasant and did his job well.

No differences

Once the technician showed up he was very professional and after a few day those little beasty spider were dead. To be fair the traffic on the day of our appt was CRAZY. I would have like more communication from the office about our technician being delayed.

They did a nice job. I used them once and then they talked me into a contract. So I haven't been too happy with them. The initial service was probably two or three months ago. Then they came back and automatically did some sprinkling outside. I told them specifically that I really wasn't interested in that, but since I signed a piece of paper I guess, they have the right to do it. The original cost was attractive because I saw it on Angie's and that's the reason I called them. I think originally it must have been $69 or something like that and then it goes up to a periodic fee of  $120. The introduction price was okay, I would rate them a 'B' on that and the subsequent price a 'C' They didn't even have a number I could call. I wrote them a letter and never heard another word.

Excellent! The person was on time, explained everything that is going to happen and when he was finished, he described the work that was done and his observations.

The contractor was very professional, friendly, efficient, and completed the job to our satisfaction. We will certainly call him next time we need our house treated for wasps.

Great. The crew showed up when promised and removed all nests. Very pleased with their service.

It went extremely well. The tech was punctual, polite, provided great customer service and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable price.

Ants came back in 45 days

I called on an Angie's special for a preventative wasp and hornets spray. After talking with Tony, the tech, and knowing that we had a couple other minor issues I upgraded to their one year full service because the price was very reasonable. Tony was very considerate and friendly.
