they were great! very nice - and I had purchased this on a coupon deal. they explained that these are the hardest ones to get rid of because of all the trails they make - Possibly they would need to come back. They guarantee their work and sadly, they needed to come back but the ants were less then they were the first time. They explained that these types of ants come in due to the weather.

It worked, Insight came back two weeks after they set the traps and caught four mice. They reset the traps and again came back in two weeks. They were empty and the mice were gone.

I purchased the deal and was contacted the same day to schedule service. They said they had an opening on the same day so went ahead and scheduled right away. Technician was very friendly and efficient in getting the work done and answered all my questions prior to beginning treatment. Although he arrived late, he was very apologetic so I can understand that things happen sometimes. House was a bit of a disaster since I didn't have a chance to pickup much due to same day service, but he was very nice about side stepping all the toys and made sure to not spray any of the kids things (even though they do state that the stuff is safe for humans). Too early to tell if it's been effective, but haven't noticed any spiders in the last few days.

Very thorough inspection. Jakobe went under the house into the craw space and even crawled around in my attic. He was shocked that a house built in the 1950's showed absolutely no sign of any kind of rodent activity. I was concerned there might be due to the bird feeders I have in both my front and back yards, but apparently my house is a fortress.

I had them come out, and they sprayed. After 2 weeks there were ants. I paid $99. and cancelled the quarterly service. Almost 2 years later I get a call that I owed them $100. for early termination fee and it was going to be sent to collection. No call prior to this, no mail saying I owed them anything. Please be careful dealing with this company. I had no idea that I had to have quarterly service or pay additional $100.

It was great. They did a great job. I did not have to pay any extra than the Big Deal price.

If you tell them what you want exactly and make them do that, then they are fine. Otherwise, they just do a minimal amount. They charge my card $104 every 3 months. Then they come out whenever I need them to and then they come out quarterly and do things. When you tell them what to do, they do it and that takes care of the problem. Their pricing is about the same as everybody else. As long as you communicate with them and tell them what you want, they do good work. If you let them come out and do their regular quarterly maintenance, that?s pretty minimal. 

They are very responsive. They were usually here within an hour of the time they tell you they will be. Usually they call and usually they call if they are going to be late. I use them every quarterly. The aspect that was the best is getting rid of the sugar ants. They are there within a week. They are usually here for 10 to 15 minutes. It?s fine. They are pretty fast, all they have to do is come in and spray here and there. 

They have this powder, you know how you get spiders around your house, in the eaves of your house and stuff. That is one of the things they say they do quarterly, but unless you ask them to get up and powder around the eaves, ?that?s the first time they do it. I haven?t seen them get the ladder out and do that. They just do things here and there. You have to actually tell them. 

I would tell others to make sure and tell them exactly what you want done. Make sure you are home so they can get into your backyard and in your house if they need to. So far, they have done pretty good. 

It went extremely well. Sean, the technician, was extremely competent, professional, and friendly. He was very careful to explain what he was doing and why. He had a wealth of knowledge! Great guy, great company!

They were very responsive in the beginning explaining what the whole package for treating rodents would entail. Quite pricey, but they had been highly recommended. They came for their initial visit, but then were supposed to follow up in 2 weeks. Never heard from them - but they were very punctual in sending their $302 bill!! :( Not impressed with their service.

It went pretty well. The ants were never seen again. The spiders did return after 2 months or so at which time I called them again and setup an yearly contract.

Needed them to come out again after the first time had little ants in place I was selling and called and asked them to come and do another application, but they never responded or came back out.

They showed up on time, it all went well so it was nice and professional but after the service more spiders were coming out of the kitchen and out of the floor so I don't know exactly, so they came out and did what they said that they are going to do. 

Shawn arrived early and was very professional. He clearly explained the treatment process and completed the treatment quickly and thoroughly.

Sugars ants are gone after initial spraying. Everything went well.
