Ken provides package quotes for installation that include all parts and labor charges, so what he quotes you will be what you pay. He and his crew are friendly, talkative, easy going professionals that are sticklers for details. To give you an idea of what this means: They're the only HVAC crew I've seen put rubber anti chafing grommets on the holes where the thermostat lines pass through the cases of the equipment! My install took longer than they originally expected as they ended up having to modify and custom fabricate the return air ducting to ensure that my new heatpump's performance was not impacted. This ducting is well assembled, and fitted and very nicely done. There were a few minor instances of miscommunication that resulted in me being caught off guard a little, but once clarified, the end result was all reasonable. As this install was taking several days, Ken even loaned me several electric space heaters to ensure that my house stayed nice and warm. Full disclosure: there is an ongoing, minor issue with my airhandler that Ken is trying to troubleshoot and rectify; but I am very happy with the efforts he is making to ensure that I am well taken care of. Overall, I am very happy with the install and with Infinity and would hire them again, as well as recommend them to anyone needing a new furnace, AC, or heatpump.
