Illuminate Contracting LLC

Pretty simple job, but Illuminate came in, replaced/upgraded the panel, and got everything cleaned and ready on the double. A little on the pricier side, but they did good work, so I can't complain. Would definitely use again!

The work they did and the care they took to block off the old recessed can hole, ensure that the new light was hanging at just the right height, and the clean-up after their work were all great. On top of that, they went above my expectations when they took care of problems that I didn't know I even had. The "new" pendant light had some defects in the hardware to attach to the box in the ceiling, and they made an extra trip to the hardware store to buy some necessary supplies to handle those defects. Altogether, the project turned out to look great, even if it ended up taking longer to hang than expected due to the problems with the light itself.

We were very pleased with every aspect of their service!  We'd definitely use them again.

I reached out to Robert and he requested some pictures of my electrical panel and location of the tub. I emailed those and promptly was told how much he suspected the job would cost based on my panel and needs. He stated a quote for 15 ft of wire which was possibly going to need to be more so as to follow code. He was very knowledgeable about code and requirements when installing a hot tub.
We set up a service date and the technician showed up a bit late but I was informed that he would be a bit late the day before as well as the day of so I was always kept aware of the technicians arrival, which was much appreciated. Justin showed up and went right to work and did a wonderful job. I was able to enjoy my hot tub later that evening.
The cost was a bit higher than I expected but it made sense since he had to run 30 ft of wire due to code and additional breakers needed to be put into my panel as well as the gutter needed to be grounded.
After the job was done, Robert followed up with me the following day to make sure I was happy with the service. Extremely professional and enjoyable to work with this company. I would definitely recommend them in the future and will use them for all my electrical needs.
