MORE THAN ADEQUATE STAFFING WAS AVAILABLE EACH DAY TO PROMPTLY COMPETE EACH PHASE OF THE PROJECT. THE STAFF AND THE OWNER WERE COURTEOUS AND ENJOYABLE TO WORK WITH. SINCE THE OWNER WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SECOND FINISH COAT, HE ADDED A THIRD COAT AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, AND PAID THE COST OF AN ADDITIONAL HOTEL STAY FOR US. THE OWNER ALSO VOLUNTEERED TO COME OUT TO ASSIST IN THE INSTALLATION OR OUR NEW REFRIGERATOR TO ASSURE THAT THE NEW FLOOR FINISH WAS NOT DAMAGED DURING THE DELIVERY. THE FLOOR LOOKS GREAT, AND WE WERE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH I & V HARDWOOD FLOORS.
