Holden Homes

I contacted Holden Homes about a couple of small house projects and had them come out to take a look. I was eager to have them tackle these projects but at the same time, my wife was ready to give birth any day with our first child, so they had to be sensitive to our requirement that the house stay as clean as possible and they understood that it was in everyone's best interest to finish on time. They blew us away with their professionalism and their cleanliness. Upon returning home after the first day that Holden Homes was on the job, my wife let out a huge sigh of relief when she saw how thorough they were by covering all of our furniture with plastic. We never had a cleanliness issue with Holden Homes, they simply blew us away. I have a washer and dryer area in my town-home that had never been finished from the original construction. The area badly needed doors that matched the rest of the home. Unfortunately the space for the washer dryer was built a little too small for a standard size bi-folding door. Holden Homes ordered and installed custom doors for me. They also built out the missing header that was required to finish the job. While that was going on, we also decided to have a custom pocket built in a wall of the master bedroom for a 42" LCD TV. We discussed options to hide the cable box, entertainment system and power outlet so the television would look clean and neat without messy cables hanging all over the place. Holden Homes removed a large piece of sheet-rock from the wall, framed in a pocket for the TV. Re-hung sheet-rock, mudded, re-textured the wall, ran the cables into a nearby walk in closet, installed power outlets and cable outlets in the closet too. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we were happy with their work. They said "This is how we would do it in our own homes, we just don't know any other way." We loved working with them and plan on hiring them again in the future. Thanks Holden Homes, you did a great job!
