 + -1 moreInstallation went well. Panasonic whisper fan installed with both time settings use or use of humidity reader. Humidity reader never seemed to be working. Could not control humidity in basement with the humidity reader. Need to put a set cycle and amount of time to do this. Nate researched with Panasonic how to use the humidity filter and spent an hour trying to get to work correctly. He advised me to contact Panasonic about setting time frames and lenght of runs.
Description of Work: Installed a draft fan in the basement to draw air out to prevent mold growth.

Description of Work: Nate and his crew tore out my kitchen and removed all flooring. Then repaired and replaced said flooring. After vinyl was laid they promptly came back and re installed all cabinets and appliances. Replace all counter tops and installed Formica. Put in a new sink and had there plumber hook up everything.

 + -1 moreGreat job right from the start! We contacted many companies and most wouldn't even touch the work we needed done. Finally we spoke to someone who referred Hill and Son. They were very punctual, gave us a bid and started the work in a couple of days. They performed the job needed and took all debri away with them. Many cudos to Hill and Son for a job well done!
Description of Work: We have an older home that we are selling and the crawl space under the house is not up to present day standards; we needed someone to go under the house, remove all debris, check for rodent and other animal activity, then add a vapor barrier;

 + -1 moreNate was responsive, kind, efficient and thorough. His bid as a construction/handyman guy was much lower than any of the other companies that would do pest exclusion work. I will definitely be calling him again for other construction/handyman work.
Description of Work: Fix multiple locations around exterior of house to seal and to prevent rodents and or birds from accessing the attic area. Fix 3 locations in attic. Materials: hardware cloth, treated 2x4, copper cloth, spray foam, exterior grade screws and nails.
